Cancellations & Refunds
• Full Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking.
• No Refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start time.
• If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Payment Issues
• If you believe you’ve been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.
​Proof of Payment
• For any refund request, please provide your booking reference and proof of payment.
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
